The person behind the numbers

Meet Rich Bailey.

I'm a numbers guy, but I promise I'm not going to make you sit through a spreadsheet presentation just to understand how your business is doing.

I've spent more than a decade working in accounting and financial operations, from managing restaurant finances as a controller to working behind the scenes at Spoleto Festival USA, Roper St. Francis, and the Medical University of South Carolina. Along the way, I've tackled budgets, payroll, financial reporting, grants, and all the little details that keep an organization running.

I'm also a small business owner, so I know firsthand that running a small business means wearing about twelve hats before lunch. I understand the realities of inventory, vendors, cash flow, and the occasional surprise expense.

I earned my business administration degree at the College of Charleston, where I also played on the men's tennis team. These days, I bring that same team-minded approach to helping business owners get organized, understand their numbers, and feel confident about what's next. No unnecessary jargon, just clear answers and a financial partner who's in your corner.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my wife and three children.
